Rebekah Diaz | Managing Partner & President

Rebekah Diaz (she/her) co-leads the firm’s evolution as a next-generation leadership and organizational resilience partner for arts and culture organizations nationwide. She was the founder of national strategy firm Diaz Inclusion Consulting and brings over 15 years of experience across the nonprofit arts sector, known for designing disciplined, people-informed systems that help institutions align leadership, culture, and community value for long-term impact.

Rebekah’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, program design, and organizational health. She partners with boards, executives, and teams to translate values into operational clarity through organizational assessments, leadership readiness work, governance support, and implementation-focused planning. Her approach emphasizes systems over slogans, helping organizations move beyond reactive cycles toward stable, accountable, and inclusive practice.

As a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), Rebekah brings deep expertise in culture change, policy development, and community-aligned strategy. She has led national and international initiatives that center equity as a function of leadership discipline rather than performative effort. Her work is grounded in the belief that healthy institutions are built through clear expectations, shared ownership, and sustained care for both people and mission.

Rebekah’s creative background continues to inform her leadership lens. She is the creator of Cadenza, an internationally recognized therapeutic opera initiative supporting survivors of human trafficking, and a co-founder of Pittsburgh Arts Administrators of Color, a leading professional development collective. Her career has included collaborations with Disney/Pixar, the development of youth opera and leadership programs, and the creation of accessible, community-rooted artistic experiences across the country.

A recognized thought leader, Rebekah has served as an arts equity specialist for OPERA America’s New Works Forum, a moderator for the World Opera Forum, and a mentor for the Opera Leaders of Color Initiative. Her work has been recognized by the International Opera Awards, Pittsburgh Magazine’s 40 Under 40, and YWCA Greater Pittsburgh.

Rebekah holds degrees from the Manhattan School of Music and Carnegie Mellon University, advanced training in diversity and organizational leadership from Cornell University, and maintains her certification with Intimacy Directors and Coordinators (IDC).
