MCA continues under its established name, values, and national reputation, now offering an expanded, fully integrated platform across the full leadership lifecycle: executive search, organizational development, and leadership strategy. The work, frameworks, and approach of Diaz Inclusion Consulting are now part of MCA’s core practice.

MCA is led by Managing Partners Rebekah Diaz, President, and Carlton Ford, CEO. David Mallette has assumed the title of President Emeritus.
