At Management Consultants for the Arts, we believe Black Lives Matter.

We mourn the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Atatiana Jefferson, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, and so many other people of color whose lives have been tragically taken because of systemic racism, anti-Blackness, and police brutality.

We stand in solidarity with our Black colleagues -- artists, administrators, producers, presenters, and trustees – and with them, we seek to fight injustice, bigotry, and inequality within institutions.

We affirm ourselves as an actively anti-racist organization that seeks to elevate the voices of people of color within our field.

We believe that, together, we can make a better world. We must and we will.
